We are proud to offer a 2-year warranty on labor and materials for projects we service.

How do I prep my home or commercial space for servicing?
We recommend clearing the area and moving valuable items from the service space but it’s not mandatory.

How long do we wait for the paint to dry?
The paint we use typically dries within the day.

Are the paints you use safe to use around pets and children?
Ask us about the Low Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) paints available. Low- VOC paint means that the paint we use contains less than 50 g of volatile organic compounds per litre. Low-VOC paint brands tend to have less odour and give off less harmful gas than those that are not low-VOC. It is always recommended to open up your windows and doors for the day to allow for a well ventilated space for paint to dry.

Which types of payments do you accept?
We accept E-Transfers or Cheques.

Do you need a downpayment before starting on a project?
Yes, we will need payment for covering of the materials to be used before we start.

How long will the project take to be completed?
Smaller homes typically would take about 1 week to accomplish, 2 weeks for bigger homes, and for the bigger strata and commercial buildings typically about a month. Each quote we send will have the estimated time of completion for the project at hand.

Is accessibility an issue?
Not at all! We are fully certified to use ladders, boom lifts, scaffolding and scissor lifts!

Are you covered by WCB and Liability?
Yes, we are fully insured and bonded.

Do you have someone with first aid on site at all times?
Yes, at Oriah we are extremely safety oriented and we always have at least one foreman with first aid training on site!
